We offer a lifetime warranty on all body, paint, and parts for as long as you own the vehicle.


Do I have the rights to choose the repair shop of my choice?

YES.You can choose Sierra Collision whether it is on your insurance’s preferred shop list or not. Simply notify your insurance company that you have decided to use Sierra Collision and drop off your car. We will take it from there.


How do I get a rental car?

When you drop off your car, we will contact the rental car company and have them pick you up. When you pick up your car on completion, you can leave the rental car with us and we will contact the rental company to come pick it up.


Is the estimate free?



Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

There is no appointment needed for an estimate Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For your convenience we do offer estimates on Saturday by appointments only. Our professionals will provide you with a detailed written estimate and description of the repairs.


What forms of payments does Sierra Collision take?

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and any Debt/ATM cards. *Do I need to pay anything in advance?* No. All payments are made after the repair work is complete and to your satisfaction.


How long will the repair take?

Among inspection our professional service advisers will be able to inform you on how long all the repairs will take. Occasionally, once the dismantling has begun, we may discover unforeseen damage, that may require additional parts and times. We will inform you of any additional work that may need to be done and work with you to get you back in your car. If you are going through your insurance, this will be handled as a supplement. Sierra Collision will contact you and your insurance company for approval before any additional work starts.
